Sarah Jessica Parker is an American actress, designer and producer. She is best known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in the HBO series Sex and the City and the films of the same name. She won 2 Emmy Awards and 4 Golden Globes for her role as Carrie Bradshaw. Sarah's personal style and passion for fashion has given her the opportunity to be a model for The GAP and create her very own perfume brand. This resulted in the launch of Lovely in 2005, which is produced in collaboration with some of the world's largest perfumers from Coty Inc. Sarah Jessica herself was in all the commercials and used her image to promote the perfume.

Sarah wanted to design a perfume that was both sexy and classic at the same time. The scent should be iconic and easily recognizable. Therefore, she made 3 seperate fragrances before producing Lovely. It is a soft, powdered, discreet and intimate perfume that is both elegant and classic, but at the same time also modern and charming. The top notes contain citrus and a discreet touch of lavender. The scent develops with notes such as apple and orchid. The base contains white amber, cedar and white musk. The perfume is developed for women of all ages. Sarah was herself the creative director and actively participated in the project from start to finish.
