Livol D vitamin 35 µg contains a total of 350 small and easy-to-swallow tablets.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps to maintain normal bones, teeth and normal muscle function. In addition, vitamin D contributes to a normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D is also nicknamed the 'Sunshine Vitamin', as it is produced through the skin when the sun shines. In Denmark, vitamin D deficiency can occur, especially in the winter, because the sun shines less as we stay indoors. The dietary supplement is therefore good if you wish to increase your intake of vitamin D. Vitamin D should always be taken with food, as vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin.

Recommended dose: 1 tablet daily for adults and children aged 11 and over in connection with a meal. The daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet. Should be kept out of the reach of small children.
