Recommended dose :

2 tablets daily for adults and children aged 11 and over. Taken in conjunction with a meal. The daily dose should not be exceeded. Should only be used by pregnant women or children under the age of 11 after agreement with a doctor or health nurse. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
