Vitamin E contributes to protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Berthelsen Naturprodukter Naturlig E vitamin is the only E vitamin that contains all 4 tocopherols: gamma, alpha, beta, delta in Denmark.

Each capsule you take will contain 12 mg. Gamma-tocopherol, 3 mg of alpha-tocopherol and about 1.5 mg. beta-tocopherol. This has been naturally extracted from soybeans.

Vitamin E helps to ensure that your cells are protected against exidative stress.

Recommended daily dose:  

1 – 2 pieces
