How to use the product

1. Set the resistance with the dial to a level where you can make controlled movements.
2. Place the hand trainer in your hand and slowly squeeze together until the handles almost meet.
3. Hold the tension for a short moment and slowly release back to the starting position.
4. Start with 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions per hand and gradually increase resistance or repetitions.
5. Train 3–5 times a week and remember to take breaks so that your muscles and tendons can recover.
