This serum has been developed for people with pigmentation problems and uneven skin tone. With rice bran water and alpha-arbutin, it works effectively to brighten the skin and improve its health. Rice bran water has been an important ingredient in Korean culture, where in the Joseon Dynasty it was used as a toner and called "Beauty Water" to promote beautiful skin. It is packed with amino acids and minerals that help moisturize dry skin. Alpha-arbutin works by limiting melanin production and is considered to be ten times more effective than regular beta-arbutin.
