Berthelsen Mag-Citrate + B6 is a vegetable magnesium supplement that effectively combines magnesium nitrate, aminochelated magnesium bisglycinate and the B6 vitamin.

Magnesium nitrate is the richest magnesium source we have, in addition to also stabilizing the pH value in the stomach and thereby maintaining a healthy stomach acid. Aminochelated magnesium bisglycinate is an easily and highly absorbable magnesium source that at the same time increases the body's possible absorption of other magnesium sources
