Application:
Important: Heat or cool only the inner filling, not the outer fabric cover. Heating: Place the insert in the microwave with a cup of water for 1-3 minutes (depending on the microwave). Turn the pillow every 30 seconds and check the temperature. The water helps prevent the filling from drying out and igniting.
Cooling: Place the insert in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use.
Warnings: Refrigerate only the insert, not the cover.
Use only in the microwave, never in the oven or on the stove.
Avoid overheating – it can cause damage or fire.
Let the pillow cool completely before heating it again.
Do not use it to heat beds.
Check the pad after each use – replace it if damaged, smells of smoke or wear. Never sleep with a heating pad. Always store the pad on a fireproof surface, such as the sink.
