How to use the product

1. Place the elastic around the ankles of two players, spaced appropriately, so that the elastic is slightly taut.
2. The third participant jumps according to agreed patterns – e.g. in–out, side–side, cross – without touching the elastic unnecessarily.
3. Increase the difficulty by lifting the elastic to calf, knee or hip height, or by setting the pace and doing longer sets.
4. Play alone by wrapping the elastic around two stable chairs or other fixed legs – always check that the setup is secure.

Ideas for hopping

• In–out–cross: Alternate between jumping into the elastic, out of it, and crossing your feet.
• Side jump: Jump alternately left and right over one elastic band.
• Double jump: Two quick jumps per position for extra rhythm and challenge.
