How to use the product

1. Rinse the fins quickly in fresh water before use.
2. Loosen the heel strap, insert your foot fully into the foot pocket, and adjust the strap for a firm but comfortable fit.
3. Walk carefully backwards when moving into the water.
4. Swim with a calm, even leg kick with a small knee angle for maximum efficiency.
5. After use: Rinse in fresh water, shake off the water and let them air dry away from direct sunlight.
