How to use the product

1. Apply a small amount of fluoride toothpaste to the brush head.
2. Hold the brush at approximately a 45° angle to the gum line.
3. Brush with small, gentle circular and sweeping movements – outsides, insides and chewing surfaces.
4. Use for about 2 minutes twice daily. Also brush your tongue for fresher breath, if desired.
5. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months – or sooner if the bristles become worn.
